Who We Are

We are the newest addition to the best consignment town in Rochester - Fairport. We opened March 6, 2006 with the goal of providing a welcoming, friendly and fun place to shop consignment.

We have a little bit of everything from vintage to eclectic; we are open twelve months of the year for your shopping convenience. A fun environment (great household area), open year round and a friendly staff always willing to help you with excellent quality customer service.

We offer our customers the best in "gently enjoyed", in-style designer brand names including upscale fashions from casual and career outfits to evening wear at a fraction of the original retail price.

Clothing for women in petite to plus sizes. Small household items. A seasonal area.

We accept quality clothing on consignment for a 60 day selling period. You, the consignor, receive 50%* once your item sells.

Remember our consignors can receive email updates on their account. It's a great service that keeps you up to date on what items have been sold, how much you will receive and what is left on your account. Please call us to sign up today - there is no fee. It is a wonderful and convenient way for you to be connected to your account.

   

Return of Consigned Items

Effective May 17, 2010.

For our consignors who choose to have their items returned to them after the 60 day consignment period, there will now be a service charge to remove (pull) the items from the selling floor. The fee will be $4.00 for every 10 items pulled.

We will automatically deduct that fee from your account. If your account balance is lower than the amount due, payment will be expected when picking up your items. There will be no service charge for items dropped off before Monday, May 17th.

Please remember that a consignor always has the choice to donate their items that do not sell after the 60 day consignment period. A receipt is provided in your name for tax purposes. We donate to various Rochester charities such as: Saint's Place, A Second Thought, The Advent House Annual Sale, The ABC Ronald McDonald Sale, The Asbury Store House, and many, many more.

Jewelry Sale Donations

We are proud to carry jewelry items made by Katie's mother Stephanie and her wonderful group of volunteers. 100% of jewelry sale proceeds go to the Daystar organization.

Consignment Procedure

Currently accepting clothing & household items.

We love our small furniture and housewares area and you love it too! We are always looking for furniture and small housewares from antiques to Ikea.

We also accept women's clothing sizes 0-6X, jewelry, shoes and purses, small furniture and household items. Any battery operated items (watches, clocks) must be in working condition.

We are a smoke-free, pet-hair fee and wrinkle-free shop. All clothing must be brought in cleaned, pressed and neatly folded. Clothes are accepted on hangers or in laundry baskets or plastic bins. We will absolutely not accept any clothing in plastic bags. Our goal is to price the clothes as quickly as possible so that they can be placed on the selling floor.

We require you to stay in the store while we sort your items so that we can give you back any "No Thank You's" at that time. Please, no appointments or dropoffs on Saturdays.

We are currently accepting fall merchandise during the days and times above. No appointment is necessary during those times. You may bring in no more than 10-15 ITEMS at a time. A two-piece set counts as one item. A pair of shoes counts as one item. There will be times when we change our appointment/drop off schedule times. To save some time we highly suggest you call before you head to the store.

You may bring it into the store with your items for consignment.

We accept designer/name brand clothing which has been freshly pressed, cleaned, on a hanger and ready to sell. All apparel and accessories are to be in current style, must be smoke-free, and in excellent condition.

Articles will be placed on a 60-day consecutive agreement period. For the first 30 days items will be marked at "full price" as determined by SBc (Second Bloom corporation). After 30 days, items will be discounted at the sole discretion of SBc.

When the 60 day consecutive period has ended, all unsold items are considered abandoned and become the sole property of SBc. If you would like your items returned, YOU must call SBc at least five (5) business days before your 60 day consecutive period has ended to arrange pick up of your items. A $4.00 service fee will be charged for every ten (10) items returned.

Please note that we are constantly donating items to many worthy Rochester organizations and due to space we are not responsible for any of your items after 65 days.

You receive one-half of the price listed on your articles, less any regularly scheduled markdowns and buyer's fee; a buyer's fee will be added to the price tage of each item. The fee is passed on to the buyer and will not be reflected on your inventory list.

Monies owed totalling $10.00 or less will be store credit only. SBc will write checks for $10.01 or greater. Stop in any time for monies owed to you. It is the consignor's responsibility to pick up the check. At the end of nine months, money not picked up by consignors will become the property of SBc.

Oops!!! We did not catch a spot, tear, rip, broken zipper, chip, etc. when we accepted your items. Those items without exception will be donated.

SBc is not responsible for loss or damages to articles put on consignment due to fire, water, smoke, natural disaster, theft and/or other causes. SBc is not responsible to contact the consignor by phone or mail for any reason.
